Except as permitted by the Law and other laws and regulations, the Company will not handle personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use without obtaining the consent of the customer. However, this does not apply in the following cases:

The Company will acquire personal information properly and will not acquire it by deception or other wrongful means.

Security Management of Personal Information
The Company will supervise its employees as necessary and appropriate to ensure the security management of personal information against risks such as loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage. Furthermore, when outsourcing all or part of the handling of personal information, the Company will supervise the outsourced provider as necessary and appropriate to ensure the security management of personal information.

Provision to Third Parties
Except as permitted under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations, the Company will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining the prior consent of the customer. However, the following cases do not apply to the provision to third parties as defined above:

Disclosure of Personal Information
When requested by a customer to disclose personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, the Company will disclose such information to the customer without delay after verifying that the request is made by the customer themselves (if the personal information does not exist, the Company will notify the customer of that fact). However, this does not apply if the Company is not obligated to disclose the information under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.

Correction of Personal Information
If a customer requests correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") of personal information on the grounds that it is not true in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, the Company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay within the scope necessary for the achievement of the purpose of use after verifying that the request is made by the customer themselves, and based on the results, make the correction, etc. of the personal information and notify the customer of that fact (if the Company decides not to make the correction, etc., it will notify the customer of that decision). However, this does not apply if the Company is not obligated to make the correction, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.

Suspension of Use of Personal Information
If a customer requests the suspension or deletion of their personal information (hereinafter referred to as "suspension, etc.") on the grounds that it has been handled beyond the scope of the purposes of use previously published, or it was acquired through deception or other wrongful means, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, and it is found that there is a reason for the request, the Company will confirm that the request is made by the customer themselves and promptly suspend the use of personal information, etc., and notify the customer of that fact. However, this does not apply if the Company is not obligated to suspend the use, etc., under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.

The Company's services may use cookies and similar technologies. These technologies help the Company understand how its services are used and contribute to the improvement of services.
