Statement
In Japan, there has long been a tradition of grasping the realm of intuition, which does not rely on logic, through nature, and discovering the aesthetic consciousness of each era. I aim to explore a new aesthetic consciousness that possesses universality and am exploring methods of expressing this realm of intuition, using the title "Khora" as a marker for this exploration. This term is a concept that appears in Plato's "Timaeus," interpreted as the "space" necessary for existence to be, or a realm different from logic that organizes things through reason and language. I believe this realm is mutually accessible to Eastern thought.
